MediaPlus is an in-house-designed platform for media streaming and management developed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in partnership with ASU. This technology focuses on speed, security, and global delivery of media content for all ASU instructors and students. This resource explains how to upload content to MediaPlus.
How to Upload Videos to MediaPlus
- Click the maroon “New Media” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select files from your computer. The name(s) of the file(s) you just selected will appear below the light gray upload area.
- Thoroughly review the acceptable content policy. If your content meets the requirements, check the box next to “I Accept.” Otherwise, you can reach outfor help through Service Now.
- Click on the maroon “Start Upload” button to begin uploading the selected media.
- Click “Pending Uploads” in the top navigation bar to see the status of your upload(s).
- When your upload(s) are finished, they will appear on the “My Uploads” tab. Click “My Uploads” in the top navigation bar to see them.
